Conditions of Purchase Before you start purchase your tickets...

1. Purchase on-line via Internet 


This offer is conditional on the use of:
• VISA, MasterCard, VISA Electron cards (provided the issuing bank has covered the card by the 3D-Secure system)

 

 Important notes:

  • You will be asked to insert the controlling code when using your card.
    The control code is also called the CVC-Card Validation Code for MasterCard and the CVV-Card Validation Value for Visa.
    The CVC is a three-digit code and it is printed on the back of the card in the signature stripe (the last 3 digits).
  • Do not put any gaps in the card number.
  • Orders are binding; the tickets can be neither returned nor changed.
  • The tickets may be ordered by the credit card owner only.
  • Payments using somebody else's cards are not allowed. Also, it is not possible to pay on the behalf of others.
  • It is possible to purchase a maximum of 10 tickets in one order.
 

1.1. When you purchase a ticket on-line by card, you can choose pick-up at the venue, courier delivery or E-TICKET.

1.1.1. In the case of pick-up at the venue:  

  • Purchased tickets will be given only to the person stated in the contact address / address for delivery.
  • In order to collect the tickets you have to present your ID and the transaction number.
  • The Booking fee is RM 10/transaction.

1.1.2. In the case of courier delivery the tickets may be purchased:

  • 5 days prior to the event at the latest if the tickets are to be delivered in Malaysia and 14 days prior to the event at the latest if the tickets are to be delivered abroad.
  • The Booking fee is RM 10/transaction.
  • The cost of the delivery for Malaysia is included in the Booking fee.
  • The cost of international courier:
    • Europe - RM 150
    • Indonesia, Brunei, Thailand - RM 60
    • Singapore - RM 30
    • USA, Canada - RM 120

Note:

  • On the completion of your order we will contact you via the e-mail address or phone number stated in your order in order to check with you the delivery.

1.1.3. In the case of buying E-TICKET:

  • Tickets can be bought 1 business day before the Event at the latest.
  • Tickets bought in this way can be printed by the user at home or wherever he/she has access to a printer (On "Confirmation of your payment", the user will receive instructions on how to print out his/her E-TICKET).
  • E-TICKET is a ticket with a unique bar code which will be checked by a bar code reader before the client is allowed to enter the venue.
    After the barcode has been read the ticket cannot be used again. Admission shall only be allowed to the first holder of the ticket that is presented for scanning by the bar code reader. Any attempt to present the ticket or a copy of it again, regardless of who presents the ticket, will be disregarded, and entry shall be refused.
  • The Booking fee is RM 10/transaction.
  • TICKETPRO's computerized ticketing system allocates seats on a best available basis at the point of purchase. This means that when you buy the tickets, you will get the best seats available at that point of time. You may also select a specific section of seats within the category you want to purchase, and the system will allocate the best available seats.
  • The allocation of seats also takes into consideration information provided by the event organizers and the layout of the stage.

Note:

  • In order to be able to print the E-TICKET, the user needs to enter the system using the same user name and password as used when ordering the ticket.
  • In order to be able to print the E-TICKET, the user needs a program for printing documents in PDF format (for ex. Adobe Acrobat Reader).
  • Ticketpro shall not be held liable for any difficulties caused by unauthorised copying of the E-TICKET.
  • Please keep the ticket in a safe place.

1.2. In the case of payment via the internet using a credit the purchaser will receive the following confirmation e-mails:

1.2.1. An "Acknowledgement of the receipt of the order" will be sent after successful completion of the order.
1.2.2. A "Payment confirmation" will be sent following the payment.


Note:

  • The confirmation e-mails are sent to the e-mail address given in the contact address (address for delivery). If the address is given incorrectly or technical problems occur on the side of the user, TICKETPRO shall not be held liable for the non-delivery of these e-mails.

2. Purchase on-line via TICKETPRO OUTLETS:

For the complete list with addresses and opening hours check our website. (The list will be posted in the coming days)

  • Tickets sold in the outlets can be paid by cash or by card.

3. Purchase via CALL CENTRE:

  • Ticket Hotline : +603 7880 7999. In operation: Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and on Saturday from 9:00 to 1:00 p.m.
  • Tickets can be ordered 1 day prior to the event at the latest (pick-up at the venue), 5 days prior to the event at the latest (courier – Malaysia) and 14 days prior to the event at the latest if the tickets are to be delivered abroad.
  • The Booking fee is RM 10.
  • The cost of international courier:
    • Europe - RM 150
    • Indonesia, Brunei, Thailand - RM 60
    • Singapore - RM 30
    • USA, Canada - RM 120


4. Group bookings

  • Orders for groups may not be ordered on-line; only via the TICKETPRO business department (e-mail: ticket@ticketpro.com.my)
  • Tickets paid by credit cards are not sent to PO Box addresses.
  • Should the tickets be ordered outside Malaysia by courier, TICKETPRO does not accept any liability for late delivery or non-delivery.

5. Reservation of the tickets via Internet

  • It is not possible to reserve tickets via Internet until further notice.


6. Protection of personal data

  • TICKETPRO guarantees that your personal data will be held in strict confidentiality and will at no time be sold or transferred to another party. All personal data is strictly confidential and will be used solely for the purposes of TICKETPRO.
  • Secure data transferal: data transfer between your computer and the TICKETPRO server is made secure by an SSL protocol code. This makes the misuse of transferred data impossible.
7. Terms And Conditions
  • No exchange of tickets will be made under any circumstances and tickets are not transferable.
  • No refund on tickets will be made under any circumstances except pursuant to conditions below.  
  • If an event is postponed or cancelled, a Postponement Publicity Notice or a Cancellation Publicity Notice (collectively, the ''Notices'' or individually, a ''Notice'') respectively shall be placed in the media by the Promoter or it’s PR Representatives. Any refund made by TICKETPRO shall only be made out of sums held by TICKETPRO for the Promoter as authorized by the prior written agreement of the Promoter. The amount of refund will be made on a pro-rated basis (''Pro-rated Amount'') in accordance with the amount of the said sums held by TICKETPRO and the price paid by the ticket holder for the ticket. TICKETPRO shall not be liable to make a refund beyond the Pro-rated Amount under any circumstances. TICKETPRO shall not be liable and under no obligation to make any refund at all in the event that the Promoter did not pay in advance the said sums to TICKETPRO.
  • The Notices shall advise procedures for requesting a refund and the period and time within which the ticket holder could request a refund.
  • Refund will not be entertained if a request for a refund is made after the given period from the date of a Notice. Such unrefunded sums shall be dealt with at TICKEPRO's sole discretion.
  • In the event of cancellation, all tickets purchased using credit cards shall automatically be refunded to the credit cards with which the tickets were purchased. If such credit cards are no longer valid, no automatic refunds will be made and condition below shall apply.
  • Tickets purchased using payments other than credit cards shall be refunded by cheque and refunds will have to be made at the TICKETPRO Office located at D-2-03A, Jalan SS6/20A, Dataran Glomac, Kelana Jaya, 47301 Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia during our office operating hours. Ticket Holders will have to produce the full stub of the original tickets in good condition to claim refunds. Ticket Holder shall submit a front photocopy NRIC to facilitate the cheque issuance.
  • Ticket collection is at venue only on the event day 2 hours before show time.Purchaser MUST present NRIC/Passport, Credit Card and Booking Reference upon ticket collection. The identity of the person receiving the refunds may be recorded by our Customer Service Officers. 
  • No third party collection allowed unless Authorization Letter is issued by the Purchaser and presented to TICKETPRO upon ticket collection. Entry will be refused if tickets have not been purchased from TICKEPRO or other authorized points of sale.
  • The resale of tickets at the same or any price in excess of the initial purchase price is prohibited. TICKETPRO reserves the right to cancel any tickets that have been resold.
  • Infants in arms or children without tickets will not be admitted unless otherwise stated in event advertisements or announcement.
  • Student and Senior Citizen passes (and others where applicable) must be shown to obtain discounts (where applicable) and upon admission.
  • Latecomers cannot be admitted until a suitable break during the performances.
  • Venue Owner reserves the right without refund or compensation to refuse admission to any person whose conduct is disorderly or unbecoming.
  • No photography, audio or video recording is allowed during the event unless otherwise stated by the Promoter.
  • The Promoter may add, withdraw or substitute artistes and/or vary advertised programmes, event times, seating arrangements and audience capacity without prior notice.
  • The Promoter/Venue Owner may use the ticket holder's image or likeness in any live or recorded video display, photograph or picture.
  • The Promoter/Venue Owner may postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond his reasonable control.
  • The Ticket Holder agrees to submit to any search for any prohibited itemsincluding but not limited to weapons, controlled, dangerous and illegal substances and recording devices.
  • The Ticket Holder voluntarily assumes all risk and danger incidental to the event whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the actual event, including any death, personal injury, loss, damage or liability.
  • Purchasers of tickets who are under 18 years of age should seek parental consent before purchasing tickets/merchandises from our website. By transacting on our website, purchaser certifies that purchaser is at least 18 years of age and understands the conditions of use.
  • Any complaints regarding the event will be directed to and dealt with by the Promoter.
TICKETPRO guarantees that your personal data will be held in strict confidentiality and will at no time be sold or transferred to another party.
