| Do you need qualifications? | SPM | Minimum SPM holder with 1 year of working experience in service-related industry preferably in a call centre environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia, and the ability to converse in Mandarin and/or other dialects will be an added advantage. A result-oriented team player who possess high initiative and a strong commitment to excel. Must be computer literate. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as on-the-job training and coaching will be provided. |
