Formula One, abbreviated to F1, and currently officially referred as the FIA Formula One World Championship is the highest class of auto racingsanctioned by the Federation Internationale de I’Automobile (FIA). Formula One is the world’s most expensive sport and F1 cars race at high speeds, up to 360 km/h (220 mph) with the engine revving up to 18,000 RPM.
On average about 55 million people all over the world watch Formula One races live. Its high profile and popularity has ended up hitting Malaysians with the “F1 fever” and this craze is getting stronger every year. This year the Petronas Malaysian Grand Prix falls on the 3rd – 5th April 2009. We are expecting thousands of F1 fans all over the world to flood our renowned Sepang International Circuit.
